Filling up the Online Form Instructions.

1. For fill form, you must have a Mobile Number and Email Id.
2. As a first time Student shall have to Graduation Sem-III Register by clicking on the "Graduation Sem-III Register" link.
3. Under the “Register” page, all fields are mandatory to be filled in and indicated by an asterisk(*) adjacent to the name of the field.
4. After Successful Registration, you will Graduation Sem-III Login by clicking on the "Graduation Sem-III Login" for fill Form.
5. The entire online application process is divided into five tabs (sections/pages) and the applicant needs to enter details in each of the sections correctly. There is a Preview page has modification option before going to the Print Form. Correct using modification option if any Data fill mistakenly.

Required Documents (Scanned Copy in .JPG Format).

1. Scanned Photograph, Dimensions 200 pixels width x 230 pixels height and size of the Photograph is not more than 50 KB.
2. Scanned Signature, Dimensions 140 pixels width x 60 pixels height and size of the Scanned Signature is not more than 30 KB.

     CIA Exam Fee - Rs. 100.00, Online Charge - Rs. 100.00
